Even Tokyo is covered with snow and the weather is becoming wintry. IMCY will hold the now annual Chat Cafe again this year. Chat Cafe is a casual meet-up for child-raising mothers to gather and interact. Those who want to become friends with more mothers to share child-raising problems with, those who want to interact with international mothers, those who are interested in the IMCY's activities but have yet to join, are all welcome. In the last event, over 10 pairs of parents and children gathered and enjoyed interacting with each other.
Last time, we had a simple introduction session in the middle. It was also an opportunity to start conversations with each other, and it was a lively and fun event.
Some volunteer members baked sweets that were delicious snacks for the children. (100 yen per serving as a cost).
