-Maternity Yoga/Pilates
16w and after. Please consult your doctor before attending. You may not be able to attend if you have some health problem regarding your pregnancy. 60min. Bring a towel, drink and stretchable cloths.
-Postpartum & BabyYoga
from 2 months after delivery. Baby massage included. 10:20-11:30 (70min). Bring a towel, drink, stretchable cloths, a blanket for your baby and your Yoga mat if you have.
-Baby Massage
from 2 months old to creeping stage (around 9 months old). 60min. Bring a bath towel, diapers and a handkerchief or something that ease your baby when s/he is undressed.
-Family Relax Yoga
you can join with your child(ren). The instructor will do a picture-card show before starting to have children get used to the place and atmosphere. 13:00-14:10 (70min). Bring a towel, drink, stretchable cloths and your Yoga mat if you have.
-FukuYoga Pilates
60 min. Bring stretchable cloths, drink, a small towel, a Yoga mat if you have or a bath towel if not.
-FukuYoga Basic Yoga
60 min. Bring stretchable cloths, drink, a small towel, a Yoga mat if you have or a bath towel if not.
Charge:
1,500 yen / lesson
4 carnets: 5,000 yen (valid for 3 months)
8 carnets: 8,000 yen (valid for 6 months)

*Note*
-If you are coming with your kids (Postpartun&Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Family Relax Yoga), it would be easier if you come a little earlier and give your children some time to get used to the place.
-You can bring toys for your children but please avoid musical toys.
-You can breast-feed or change diapers during the lesson.
-If you don't have a Yoga mat, you can bring a bath towel instead.
